We are seeking a different kind of Direct Support Professional (DSP.) (That's someone who offers aide to the intellectually and developmentally disabled.) If you're a Direct Support Professional, but you like being out in the community, this is the job for you! While we are excited to get to know you, let’s start by telling you a little about us!

CDD is a non-profit community-based organization that supports individuals with developmental disABILITIES in their own homes throughout the Kansas City Metropolitan area. We have been doing this for over 50 YEARS with the goal of adding 50 more in our sight!
