Center for Arthritis & Rheumatic Diseases is Hiring a Part Time Medical Billing and Coding Specialist Near Chesapeake, VA
A busy, well established rheumatology practice is looking for a part time staff member. This would be an entry level position with our office in the Greenbrier area of Chesapeake.
Business or work hours Monday through Friday
Responsibilities would include but would not be limited to:
Main job responsibility at this time would be medical coding
Scrubbing notes
Submitting Claims
Patient balances
Verifying Insurances
Prior Authorizations
Maintaining organized workspace
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Dependability is essential
Excellent customer service skills
Attention to detail
High school diploma or equivalent
