The Center for Alcohol & Drug Treatment is seeking a full-time (0.75) Pharmacist as a part of a Victory Fund Grant. This position guarantees 2-years of employment as a part of the Victory Grant, with opportunity for continued employment based on grant renewal. CADT is looking for an individual with an interest in working with individuals struggling with Substance Abuse and can provide care and compassion to our patients. The will work directly with patients and be provided with a part-time assistant (Medication Navigator) to assist them in their endeavors to improve patient health. We are looking for the Pharmacist to start the first week in July, 2024.
SummaryThe pharmacist will provide leadership for expanding clinical pharmacy services (comprehensive medication management and medication consultation) and education across CADT's residential inpatient treatment programs and office-based opioid treatment (OBOT) in collaboration with the inter-professional team to meet desired outcomes and measures of 2-year Victory Fund grant (see attached).

The Center for Alcohol & Drug Treatment completes background checks in compliance with Minnesota Department of Human Services. We must conduct a background for employment within the Center. We do work with applicants on submitting paperwork for reconsiderations and variances if their background requires it.
