Overview
We are seeking a Weekend Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. This is a part-time position, working specifically on weekends.

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide accurate information to inquiries about the company and its services
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Assist with order entry and inventory management as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or front desk role
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
- Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist is a plus
