1.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: requires demonstrated ability to maintain the physicalenvironment in a clean, safe, and attractive condition in accordance with facility specifications.Position requires prolonged standing, walking, frequent bending, stooping, stretching, and requiresmoving of heavy furniture; lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
