Centaurus Financial Inc. is Hiring an Office Manager Near Anaheim, CA

Centaurus Financial, Inc. is a full service broker/dealer and registered investment advisor catering to the independent investment professional. We are currently seeking a professional Office Manager to join our Home Office staff in Anaheim, CA. We offer an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated, flexible, self-starter to work with our professional staff in a fast-paced environment.

The Office Manager works with all employees on various tasks/assignments, including senior/executive management, often requiring a high level of discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive and confidential matters. The Office Manager must be resourceful, self-motivated, multitasker, able to adapt to and operate in a high energy environment. The Office Manager must also be able to work independently and within groups, and possess extremely strong organizational skills.

Candidates must possess specific skills/experience in the following areas, among others, to be considered:

  • General office and administrative functions/duties.
  • Advise, manage and possibly supervise office staff.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes.
  • Coordinate and plan Home Office events, such as meetings and team-building activities.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office supplies, equipment, and services.
  • Maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide necessary support.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of all office records and information.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • An ability to multitask, specifically performing several varying tasks while ensuring attention to detail.
  • Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exhibit a positive attitude, enthusiasm, professionalism, and strong work ethic.
  • Interest in a long-term career in the financial services and industry.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office management or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.

We offer an excellent salary and benefits package. No relocation expense reimbursement to this area is available.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
