We take a personalized approach to strategic consulting to solve our clients’ most complex problems and build operational excellence that transforms their organizations, allowing them to better deliver on their public and social missions.

  • Understanding policies for federal websites and digital services.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of client issues, needs, and contexts.
  • Sharing insights, results, and recommendations in a comprehensible manner through both written presentations/reports and interactions with teams/clients.
  • Provide exceptional logistics and program management support to the client.

The Ideal Candidate:

At Censeo, we are looking for unique candidates whose passion and enthusiasm will help shape Censeo’s client insights and workplace culture. Our staff have a wide range of backgrounds, areas of expertise, personality types, and favorite breakfast foods. Our client and cultural successes are rooted in our team’s innovation, creative problem solving, and collaboration. The unique perspective that you bring and the way you tackle problems are much more important to us than what’s printed on your diploma. We believe a successful Marketing Coordinator will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
  • 5 years of experience in marketing and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience working a consulting/professional services, client facing role, preferably in the public sector supporting federal clients.
  • Understanding of the requirements, environmental factors, organizations, activities, constraints, risks, and motivations impacting federal clients.
  • Strong creative problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong facilitation and cross-functional team facilitation skills
  • Excellent customer service skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong analytic skills
  • Proficiency with Google Suite of tools
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail related to project management and task/deadline tracking
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and experience managing multiple ongoing deliverables
