Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for an Office Manager. The Office Manager will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, receiving and recording client payments, submitting claims for payment to insurance companies, assisting with customer service inquiries, and overseeing office administration duties.
Qualifications and Duties
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and provide excellent front desk service
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Coordinate and schedule appointments
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service principles
