Our ed2go team is seeking a Director of Enrollment who is passionate about supporting the journey of our learners in changing their lives with education for employment. The successful candidate will focus on building a best-in-class, data-driven inside sales organization through continuous process and efficiency improvement to achieve enrollment, revenue and profitability goals. You will be a manager of managers, developing and implementing strategy while encouraging a positive culture of growth and opportunity. Our business continues to grow rapidly, and this role will play a key part in scaling the organization to achieve our future goals!
What you'll do here:
  • Meet/exceed the enrollment, revenue, and profitability goals established for ed2go.
  • Set and assist enrollment managers in achieving team performance goals.
  • Develop and implement short- and long-term initiatives that deliver higher conversion rates, reduce our cost/effort to serve and improve the student experience.
  • Build a culture of test, learn, and scale within the enrollment leadership team.
  • Use data-driven insights and leverage technology to drive efficiency gains.
  • Collaborate with key partners across our organization including product, marketing, sales, and student services teams.
  • Nurture and encourage a culture of performance, accountability, and employee engagement.
  • Engage in effective talent and performance management across the entire lifecycle of an employee, including effective hiring, performance management, training, and development of the organization.
  • Communicate company and ed2go vision to the team, ensuring understanding and encouraging dedication to our vision.
  • Effectively present strategic plans and performance results to the Leadership Team.
Skills you will need here:
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
  • 10 years of successful inside sales experience including 5 years in a leadership role; supervisory experience of manager level or above preferred.
  • Ability to build and lead impactful teams.
  • Validated analytical and tactical planning skills.
  • Excellent big picture/critical thinking skills, while translating and completing tactical initiatives and objectives.
  • Excellent communications skills to effectively influence and provide transparency to a wide variety of decision-makers and peers.
  • Proven ability to lead the activities of a sales organization.
  • Consistent record of accomplishment collaborating with internal company resources and departments to increase overall enrollment efficiency.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to synthesize information and effectively connect with a large organization.

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
