Parts Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities

This role’s primary function is:

- To order and track parts for the technicians within a timely manner.

- Insuring parts are associated and billed to the work order.

-Maintaining a small inventory of commonly used parts.

-Assist service team when and as needed

Daily Tasks

This person will order parts and track all purchased parts by first checking the internal stock in Nexgen to utilize our internal stock. This person will help with parts inventories and quarterly parts counts. This person will also help with setting up 3rd party for semis, pickups, trailers, and tire repairs/replacement as needed.

Expectations

This person will be self-motivated, well-organized, able to communicate in a professional manner both verbally and over E-Mail/text. This individual must be available as needed to the team for emergencies.

Report to

This position will report to Danny Wiand-Assistant Service Manager but be available to the entire service team.

Working Conditions:

Lifting, carrying, reaching, pushing, and/or pulling; climbing and balancing; frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling; and significant finger dexterity necessary. • Requires passing a pre-employment background check and drug screen • This position is exposed to work near moving mechanical parts, and moderate noise levels. • Requires working and driving outdoors in various climates.
