We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Facility Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our facility in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in laboratory operations, facility management, and health and safety.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning properly, and lab operations are running efficiently.
Manage the facility maintenance team, ensuring that all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
In collaboration with the third party HSE advisor, develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures, ensuring that all employees are trained and compliant.
Manage the real estate portfolio, ensuring that operations are in compliance with lease obligations.
Develop and manage the facility budget, ensuring that all expenses are within budget.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all facility needs are met.
Ensure that all regulatory requirements are met, including OSHA, EPA, and other local and state regulations.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in a related field.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in facility operations management.
Extensive experience in laboratory operations and facility maintenance.
Basic understanding of health and safety processes and procedures in a lab environment.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
