Cement Recruiter is Hiring a Purchasing Supervisor Near St Louis, MO
- Responsible to work with both operations and maintenance to assure production and quality goals are achieved without interruption for lack of materials or services.
- Assure the supply of adequate spare parts inventory, while monitoring spare parts inventory dollar levels.
- Must also require that the storeroom keep adequate records for reordering of supplies for inventory.
- Will prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
- Will supervise Storeroom Supervisor.
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- 3-5 years of industrial experience
- Must be able to plan, organize, manage and evaluate purchasing activities and the budget of an organization
- Must comply with the organization's purchasing policies, procedures, standards and strategies in order to ensure process transparency, fairness, impartiality and confidentiality
- Must possess the following skills in: negotiation, persuasion, supervision, active listening, learning, critical thinking and ethical behavior
