REPORTS TO: Pub Manager & Pub Lead

Job Summary: Responsible for the set-up and execution of service in the Pub during Brunch, Lunch and/or Dinner. Takes food and beverageorders from patrons. Rings food and beverage orders into Point of Sale, delivery of food and beverage and collects payment.

Responsibilities:

· Guides guests, presenting them with menus, promotingspecialty items, and up-sellpremium liquors and merchandise

· Verify age of customer’s consuming alcoholic beverages in accordance with Federal and State laws

· Relays food and drinks orders to kitchen and or bar via Point of Sale for preparation

· Serves food to guest using proper established rules of etiquette

· Ensure menu recommendationsare given for each customer/table

· May distribute other team members food and beverage service

· Clean and sanitize workstationsand equipment

· Pre-bussing of all your tables and peers if needed.

· Opening and closing shift work.

· Follow safety and sanitation standards

· All other duties as assigned

· All hands In, all hands out Every Time

· Other duties could be included based on the needs of the Pub

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $9.95 - $21.72 per hour
