Cellular Zone is now hiring skilled, motivated technicians to fulfill our customers needs. We offer sales and repairs for phones, tablets and computers. We have 4 locations in San Antonio and have been serving the community for over 7 years.

PS: We are also hiring sales reps! If you have experience in the electronic / phone industry, this is a great fit for you.

General Description:

• Resolve customer issues by troubleshooting and repairing phones
• Strive to grow your skills in all repairs
• Perform quality repairs in a timely manner
• Responsible for putting proper documentation / notes on customer tickets.

To be a good fit for this position, you would need to:

• Have prior experience repairing cell phones, tablets and computers
• Overall knowledge of the industry
• Up to date on the common operating systems
• Able to take direction and work well with others
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable transportation

Compensation

• Hourly & Salary options are available.
• Starting Hourly rate ranges from $17-19 with opportunity for growth
• Salary options discussed upon interview

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
