Job Title: Cellphone Repair Store Sales Associate

Job Summary: As a Cellphone Repair Store Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to customers visiting the store. Your primary duty will be to assist customers with their cellphone repair and accessory needs while ensuring their overall satisfaction with the services provided. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, accurately completing sales transactions, and handling customer inquiries and complaints.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them with their cellphone repair and accessory needs
• Provide accurate information about cellphone repairs and accessories, and make recommendations based on customer needs
• Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point of sale system
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and properly stocked with inventory and supplies
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in cellphone repairs and accessories, and share this knowledge with customers to enhance their experience
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, and escalate issues to the store manager when necessary
• Provide exceptional customer service by building and maintaining relationships with customers, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with the services provided
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory, and customer information
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills related to cellphone repair and sales

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of cellphone repair and accessories preferred
• Sales experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Pay: $7.25 - $9.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
