What is your mission?

Introduce and train on new applications /solutions MIS deploys. Deliver business applications training tour North America based Cellebrite employees. Listen, and leverage current solutions to support daily operation of the Cellebrite North Americans team. Create and provide training materials. Provide 1st contact response to urgent issues.

What youll love to do:

You will be part of a global team of experts, you will learn and develop expertise in Salesforce CRM, NetSuite ERP and QlikSense BI and related systems. You will be the go to person for MIS in the Americas. You will work closely with the Sales and Tech Support organizations; you will train and make them current on the available solutions.

The experience we are looking for:

• An information systems specialist with a passion for training others and supporting daily challenges by leveraging currently available systems and solutions.
• Familiar with CRM, ERP and BI solutions
• Experience as a superuser of systems, being the go to person
• 3 years of experience in training people on systems and solutions
• People oriented, good service approach.

Location: Vienna VA /DC Area
