**Job Overview:**

As a Business Analyst at our supplement company, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, develop performance metrics, and generate reports to support key business initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for leveraging data to drive business success.

**Responsibilities:**

**Data Analysis:**

- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

- Utilize statistical methods and tools to perform quantitative analysis and extract meaningful information.

- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards and reports to track business performance.

**Business Process Improvement:**

- Evaluate existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for optimization.

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and propose solutions to streamline operations.

- Implement process improvements and monitor their effectiveness to drive operational efficiency.

**Market Research and Competitive Analysis:**

- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.

- Analyze competitor strategies, pricing models, and product offerings to identify opportunities and threats.

- Provide insights and recommendations to support product development, marketing strategies, and sales initiatives.

**Forecasting and Planning:**

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to develop sales forecasts, budgets, and financial models.

- Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and market demand to make data-driven forecasts and projections.

- Assist in strategic planning initiatives by providing insights into market dynamics and business opportunities.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration:**

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product development, and finance to support business objectives.

- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Collaborate on projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in the consumer goods or nutrition industry.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and business intelligence software.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

- Solid understanding of business processes, financial principles, and market dynamics.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
