Cellar Ridge Construction prides itself on its quality of work and employees. This position is responsible for skilled site-work on both residential and commercial construction projects and will have daily interactions with crew, supervisor, clients, subcontractors, and project managers.
We are looking for a dedicated employee with the following:
- 5 years of Experience in Construction and Management
- Sheduling experience
- Communication and team building skills
- Time management skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Own your own carpentry tools
- Ability to travel to job sites in the surrounding area
- Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Ability to lead a team of Carpenters and Subcontractors
- Ability to both manage and perform construction processes
