CELLA is Hiring a Remote Presentation Designer (Remote)
As a PowerPoint Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and dynamic presentations that effectively convey complex information to various corporate audiences. Your role will involve collaborating with team members to understand project requirements, designing slide layouts, integrating multimedia elements, and ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to understand project objectives and requirements.
- Design and develop PowerPoint presentations that meet project goals and effectively communicate key messages.
- Utilize Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) to automate repetitive tasks and enhance functionality within PowerPoint.
- Create custom slide layouts, graphics, and animations to enhance visual appeal and engagement.
- Integrate multimedia elements such as audio, video, and interactive charts to enhance presentations.
- Ensure consistency in branding, formatting, and messaging across all presentation materials.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on best practices for PowerPoint design and VBA development.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve design processes and techniques.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary revisions to presentations.
- Maintain organized files and documentation for easy access and future reference.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a PowerPoint Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
- Proficiency in Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) with experience developing macros and automation scripts within PowerPoint a plus.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, with advanced knowledge of slide layout, animation, and multimedia integration.
- Understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards learning and self-improvement.
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques is a plus.
