Job Summary

As an Inventory Clerk, you have a critical role in the company. You are responsible for variety of workshop tasks including: receiving, stocking, labeling, auditing, and shipping computer parts at our workshop. We are looking for someone with a hands-on approach to learning, multi-tasking skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail. Job Duties (Inventory Clerk):

• Handle inbound and outbound packages that can weigh up to 55 lbs. 
• Stay highly organized and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Utilize ESM software including Microsoft Excel and Inventory V3/4
• Prepare outbound Bulk Shipment including pick-packing, building, and wrapping pallets for transport
• Maintain the physical inventory stock levels for the Technicians
• Responsibilities as assigned by the Inventory Manager

Qualifications

As an Inventory Clerk, your work embodies the company’s objective of supporting educators. We are looking for someone with experience in maintaining inventory. As an Inventory Clerk, you will be responsible for receiving shipments, scanning them into our system, stocking the shelves, routinely performing physical count of inventory, and reconciling actual stock. Successful candidates are those who focus on efficiency and accuracy.

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Technical know-how (must be able to operate computers and perform data entry)
• Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs
• Successfully pass a background check
• Legal right to work in the US
• Must have a full range of motion including standing for long periods, kneeling, reaching overhead, bending, twisting, pushing, and pulling

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $14.00 to $18.00 per hour
