A day in the life of a Cell Staff Recruiter:

• Identify candidates through various job boards.
• Candidate interaction through phone, email, texting software, social media, career fairs, etc.
• Consistent relationship management from the beginning of the recruitment process and throughout the assignment.
• Works closely with the Recruitment manager/team lead and VP of Sales to maintain a viable candidate pipeline.
• Displays effective teamwork with co-workers. Follow up with a task, while assisting others in the workplace.
• Professionalism in areas of greeting field staff, answering phones, and meeting current/new clients.
• Participate in weekly recruitment & sales meetings.
