Responsibilities: • As the lead SIGINT analyst, this person will have a superior understanding of SIGINT processes, activities, standards and available analytic tools. • Conducts SIGINT analysis of networks and persons using non-NSAnet SIGINT tools. • Lead SIGINT analyst shall have a deep understanding of the full spectrum of SIGINT, including Communication Intelligence (COMINT)/Signal Intelligence (SIGINT), Electronic Intelligence (ELINT), Foreign Instrument Intelligence (FISINT) and CYBER (relating to, or involving computers or computer networks (such as the Internet)- Not an acronym mission. • Additionally, the lead SIGINT analyst shall have an in-depth understanding of SIGINT operations and excel at developing strategies to support targeting. • The lead SIGINT analyst shall have experience working with unique collection assets and capabilities. Required Experience: • Minimum of 20 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. • At least 7 years of that time supporting, targeting, special activities, special mission units, special operations planning, and with interagency special collection assets. *25 years of experience in the specific labor category, may be substituted for a Master's degree.
