2nd Shift Noon-8:30 pm Monday-Friday
$18.00 hour
Looking for someone who can do data entry.
Customer Service skills to deal with customers and vendors.
Take orders- do inventory.
Strong computer skills- excel-word
Someone who can organize an office.
Answer phones and have computer skills.
Filing reports, making reports, spreadsheets
Ability to think outside the box
Strong Organizational Skills.
Must be able to work in fast paced environment
Run the office and daily work orders and operations
Work independently and with the team to excel in customer needs and demands
Reconcile month end inventory counts.
Must be able to meet deadlines and multi-task
Provide daily, weekly, monthly, and YTD reports
Provide assistance and documentation as requested for audit processes.
Help other office staff as needed.
Must be reliable for scheduled shift- no excuses!
