Position Overview:
As a Greeter at Celebration Chevrolet, your passion for people will be on full display. You'll be the bridge between our exceptional sales consultants and our guests that visit our dealership. You will be responsible for greeting our guests in friendly manner and ensuring they get prompt assistance from our sales team. You will also be responsible for maintaining an accurate tracking mechanism of the total amount of guests that visit on a daily basis and reconciling that vs our "client relationship management" system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Passionate Connection: Engage with clients who share your love for cars, creating an authentic connection and fostering rapport.
- History of driving a guest first culture
- Effectively creates a positive first and last impression for everyone that arrives at the dealership
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to communicate effectively with dealership guests and team members
- Professional and energetic
- Other than scheduled breaks this job entails standing outside of dealership greeting the arrival of our guests
- This role involves being outdoors on a frequent basis
- Ability to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles
- Immediately introduce all people that arrive at the dealership to another team member
- Contribute positively to overall guest satisfaction
- Log all guests that arrive at the dealership using a predetermined log card
- Meet with the sales manager on a daily basis to provide a brief recap of the guest log
- Greet all people that arrive at the dealership within 1 minute of arrival
- Introduce yourself to each guest in a pre-described manner
Compensation: $20 per hour. Plus an additional $1 per logged opportunity within the ABP system and duplicate entry within the CRM
Business professional attire: Enjoy the flexibility to work in business professional attire (no suits required!).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for cars and the automotive industry.
- Persuasive yet empathetic approach to sales.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Previous sales experience, especially in the automotive sector, is advantageous.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
