Shift:  2nd shift 3:30pm-10:30pm and Every other Saturday and Sunday or 8 week Temp 7:00am-3:30pm Tuesday and Friday

Job Description

• Greet residents, staff, families, and guests with a smile
• Manage incoming calls, and direct calls accordingly
• Ensure office mail is delivered to correct recipient
• Learn and be knowledgeable in the survey process and best practices
• Excellent follow through and follow through
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
