Sr Project manager/Scrum Master/Technical Site Lead

• Leadership - Reinforce, lead, and motivate team towards Celanese goals, objectives & prioritization.
• On-boarding/Off-boarding resources(access/infra/processes/KT), Co-ordinating with support staff like HR/Administration/Recruitment/Networking team 
• Act as Single point of contact for Celanese IT and other offshore vendor(s) /resources
• Maintain/Monitor Coverage levels - for time zones & calendar (holidays, vacations, emergencies)
• ITPM,ITBM Process compliance - for both tickets and projects (audits, coaching)
• Continuous improvement - proactive initiatives in line w/ onsite Celanese managers
• RCA – Root Cause Analysis – lead specific RCAs per processes
• Problem Management – lead broad analysis of incidents for preventative recommendations
• Corrective action plans – collaborate w/ workstream managers to track improvement of any resources that are not meeting expectations – or source the replacement
• Resourcing – finding best candidates for new hires or temporary assignments
• Metrics – use Celanese tools to provide monthly report on overall service delivery
• Meet 1 on 1 with the BRM leads on monthly basis for any updates -resource feedback/forecasting.

Delivery Management

• Ensure seamless delivery of the projects - as Scrum Master/Project management
• Ensure 100% compliance to project SLAs, information security protocols
• Monitor and take appropriate action on internal or external audit findings to ensure no major deviations from SLAs
• Conduct periodic cadence with workforce Management group(WMG) to ensure 100% fulfillment as per Project/Program requirement
• Demand forecasting in line with business requirements
• Anticipate attrition and ensure right talent supply chain to deliver to the project

• Organize and facilitate agile activities and ceremonies including daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning and product backlog refinement sessions.
• Ensure that all meetings are positive, productive, stay on topic and are kept within the timebox.•Collaborate closely with the product owner to manage the backlog
• Effectively manage user story estimation and forecasting.
• Champion and facilitate adoption of agile standards, tools and best practices.
• Coach team on established IT and corporate standards (e.g., security, quality, and architecture) to minimize operational and reputational risk.

Delivery Governance

• Crete Monthly/quarterly MIS and report to monitor and track the project
• Escalate any deviations in terms of schedule/cost/efforts and infrastructure to the leadership team
• Review and monitor revenue allocation /realization to avoid revenue leakage
• Provide inputs to leadership on team’s overall performance parameters like utilization realization etc.

Qualifications 要求

Education :

• Bachelor's degree or higher 
• PMP/Scrum master Certification

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience with agile development.
• 3-5 years of scrum master experience.
• Certification preferred (e.g. CSM, CSP, PMP, SAFe).
• 5 Plus years of project management 

Knowledge and Skills

• Deep knowledge of agile practices, frameworks and techniques.
• Deep knowledge of Program/project management practices

• Coaching skills and ability to motivate teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with agile planning and development tools (e.g. ADO/Jira, Confluence).
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing.
