CEI Opco, LLC dba Claffey Pools is Hiring a Sales Administrator Near Southlake, TX
Looking for full-time Sales Admin. Hours are Monday - Friday 8 to 5 with at least one Saturday a month March-August. Saturdays are 9 to 2. Drug Testing required. We offer benefits such as Health insurance, dental, vision, life, and 401K. We also have paid Holidays. Job includes setting up appointments, putting in sold jobs, making up files for calls, back up receptionist, support Salesperson, and other general office work. Need to have computer experience (Word, Excel, Office).
Prefer someone with Customer Service, Sales Administration, and/or Sales Experience.
We are looking for someone with
- Experience with Excel & Word
- Understanding of how to create and manipulate reports in Excel
- Familiarity with Construction and Scheduling
- Office administration experience
- Great verbal and digital communication
- Ability to Multitask
- A grasp of Account Receivables
