Shift ManagerSeeking to fill a full-time position 4-5 days a week. Previous convention experience not needed but would be a plus. Opportunity for growth within the company. Looking for someone who is reliable, self-starter, with excellent customer service skills. 
Shift work is common, as is overtime in order to meet deadlines, also some weekends if needed.
Education
High School, GED recommended. Higher Education a plus but not a requirement.
Job Skills
Good communication skills, ability to troubleshoot and address printing concerns, good eyesight, and attention to detail. On the job training will be provided.

Shift Manager duties and responsibilitiesShift Managers might perform the same tasks as employees while having the authority to manage co-workers in the absence of an assistant or general manager. Shift Managers are responsible for resolving an issue and ensuring work is completed on schedule within a shift. Shift Managers responsibilities may include:
• Assigning team members with tasks to be completed each shift
• Setting performance metrics for team members and work with team members to ensure all metrics are met
• Properly resolving problems and troubleshooting issues as they arise without the direction of management
• Managing multiple projects as well as staff members
• Reporting to the production manager and meeting with management to review goals and metrics
• Maintaining a work environment that meets company, state and federal safety and employment guidelines

2nd shift M-F 2:00pm – 11:30pm
