- Experience: Food (GMP knowledge), 5 years of Sup exp. Someone that can step into the Production Mgr. role in the next 5-6 years. Education: Bachelor’s Degree Management Style: Coach and Development, Know and understand they have to be able to flow between styles. Hands on. Must be able to work 3rd shift.
