Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff in providing quality patient care
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
- Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Perform IV insertions and administer medications as needed
- Monitor patients' condition and provide appropriate interventions
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to facilitate diagnostic evaluations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Provide health coaching and education to patients and their families
- Manage and resolve any patient or staff concerns or conflicts
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations regarding patient privacy

Skills:
- Proficient in IV insertion and medication administration
- Strong patient assessment skills
- Experience in dialysis or acute care settings preferred
- Knowledge of diagnostic evaluation procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team of nursing staff
- Familiarity with medical record documentation requirements
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
- Understanding of health coaching principles
