Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to join our team to perform tasks such as repairs and groundskeeping. As a Facilities Technician, you will be responsible for applying basic fixes to equipment and building systems and ensure facilities are tidy and functional. You must possess manual dexterity and physical stamina.
We are looking for an individual who is reliable, takes pride in doing a job well done and has a willingness to do whatever it takes to maintain a safe and clean health and wellness facility.
Responsibilities:
Able to frequently use general maintenance tools, supplies and equipment such as, but not limited to, hand tools, pressure washers, blowers, paint equipment, ice removal equipment, ladders, landscaping equipment, sanders and safety equipment.
Maintain appropriate care of all equipment and tools.
