Nurse Manager at Cedarcrest
Cedarcrest is currently seeking qualified candidates to join our team as a Nurse Manager. The ideal candidate will have a Registered Nurse (RN) license, a minimum of five years of experience in clinical nursing, with at least three years specializing in pediatrics. Prior administrative experience, coupled with strong organizational and managerial skills, is essential for this role. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Provide effective leadership to the nursing team, ensuring a high standard of care for residents. Supervise nursing care and recreational services, ensuring they align with Cedarcrest's standards. Manage and support a team of LNAs, Child Care Assistants, and Feeding Technicians. Take the lead in providing primary nursing care, especially during critical shifts.
