Nurse Manager at Cedarcrest

Cedarcrest is currently seeking qualified candidates to join our team as a Nurse Manager. The ideal candidate will have a Registered Nurse (RN) license, a minimum of five years of experience in clinical nursing, with at least three years specializing in pediatrics. Prior administrative experience, coupled with strong organizational and managerial skills, is essential for this role. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership to and conduct monthly reviews for Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNA), Child Care Assistants, and Feeding Technicians
  • Oversee nursing care and recreational services for residents
  • Assume responsibility for primary nursing care throughout all three shifts as needed

Provide effective leadership to the nursing team, ensuring a high standard of care for residents. Supervise nursing care and recreational services, ensuring they align with Cedarcrest's standards. Manage and support a team of LNAs, Child Care Assistants, and Feeding Technicians. Take the lead in providing primary nursing care, especially during critical shifts.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum of five years of experience in clinical nursing, with at least three years in pediatrics
  • Prior administrative experience with strong organizational and managerial skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
