The Graphic Packaging Project Coordinator will join one of the fastest-growing food manufacturers in Massachusetts, reporting to the Director of Procurement. This role works directly with internal and external partners and is responsible for gathering and confirming information for the completion of administrative process steps. The individual will also be responsible for reviewing, collecting, and communicating artwork file feedback, and maintaining project-related system documentation and tracking.
Responsibilities
Project Management
Develop project timelines and track projects to achieve target production dates for new and existing packaging.
Facilitate and streamline communication internally and externally between sales, marketing, regulatory, artwork production, and procurement teams.
Collaborate with Cedar’s Regulatory Team to review all proof approvals for legal compliance, color, and graphic accuracy.
Manage the progress of every stage of the project.
Document project correspondence via project notes and attachments for reference.
Collaborate with design agencies to create product photography, e-commerce images, product catalogs, and point-of-sale materials.
Artwork Review
Collect and consolidate any provided proof review feedback for design updates.
Modify packaging artwork as needed such as adding logos, changing fonts, moving design elements, etc.
Review Color Proofs.
Digitally create (Photoshop) Mock-ups, capture photography of product samples.
Maintain Design Guidelines and Die Lines.
Create and maintain records of product artwork, die lines, printer specification, and package recycling information.
Manage art for miscellaneous projects such as employee business cards, on site signage, and digital/print ads.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
· Excellent organizational and written, verbal, and social communication skills – both internally and externally.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), digital asset management programs: and a knowledge of photography.
· An eye for design, aesthetic, and visual presentation.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
