Cedar Ridge Health & Rehab Center is seeking a Full-Time LPN Supervisor

Are you a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) searching for a new career opportunity? Cedar Ridge Health and Rehab is seeking an LPN Supervisor to join our expanding staff of caregivers at our 110-bed skilled nursing facility in historic Lebanon, IL! You will support our residents and work hand-in-hand with our already wonderful team of compassionate and enthusiastic caregivers.

Your Job

• Assigns and supervises staff
• Responsible for the planning, coordination, and assurance of quality care services to residents
• Oversee care practices of nurses and CNAs
• Perform all routine responsibilities under the direction of the DON
• Possess reliable transportation and the ability to be on time to assigned shifts
• Work cooperatively with health care team members to maintain established standards of care
• Perform appropriate segments of the prescribed medical regime for an assigned group of patients
• Complete other duties at the discretion of management

Who You Are

• Currently licensed in the state of IL (LPN)
• A professional team-player with a commitment to maintain a reliable shift history
