Position Overview

We are looking for a fulltime Employee Health Nurse to join our team!

Responsibilities

• Assists in patient care, exhibiting decision making skills for moderately complex issues and a basic understanding of Pharmacology.
• Provides services, assessments and procedures in support of Employee Health activities to include (but not excluded to): Drug Screenings (Pre-employment and Random), Immunizations, Post-Incident/Exposure Reporting, Return to Work/Fitness for Duty Assessments, Wellness Assessments and Employee Illness/FMLA process.
• Provides quality patient care as directed by the Physician, mid-level Provider.
• Maintains patient Employee Health records, ensures all record requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Diploma in nursing (required)
• Current license as Registered Professional Nurse
