Job Description:
We are a company specialized in short-term rentals located in the heart of Savannah's historic Victorian district, seeking a representative for occasional assignments.
Due to our frequent out-of-town travels, we are looking for a reliable individual to conduct occasional visits to our properties and act as a representative of our company.
We are in search of a trustworthy individual with excellent communication skills, available 7 days a week, capable of quick mobility, and residing near the Savannah area.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting regular property visits
- Ensuring communication with clients and addressing their needs
- Performing routine checks on property condition
- Providing detailed reports after each visit

Qualifications:
- Reliability and sense of responsibility
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of real estate
- Availability 7 days a week
- Ability to move quickly
- Residing near the city of Savannah

Pay: From $50.00 per hour
