**Home Health Aide**

**Duties:**

- Provide personal care to patients in their homes, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.

- Prepare and cook meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences.

- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper body mechanics and equipment.

- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.

- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and organizing patient's living space.

- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.

- Assist with specialized care for patients with dementia or Alzheimer's disease.

- Provide catheter care and tube feeding as needed.

- Follow all HIPAA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality.

**Skills:**

- Experience in patient care or a related field preferred.

- Knowledge of medication administration and proper dosage procedures.

- Ability to cook nutritious meals based on dietary requirements.

- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient privacy.

- Understanding of dementia care techniques and strategies.

- Competency in providing catheter care and tube feeding.

- Strong interpersonal skills to provide compassionate care to patients.

- Ability to take accurate vital signs measurements.

- Attention to detail in maintaining a clean and organized environment.

FRIDAY & SATURDAY - 12PM-8PM

SUNDAY 8AM-1PM & 5PM-8PM
