Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our growing team as a Social Media Intern. We are looking for someone who is passionate about social media and eager to make a significant impact in the digital marketing space.

In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling posts, engaging with audiences, commenting on relevant content, building out social networks, and providing valuable assistance in managing our clients' social media presences.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and publish engaging and relevant content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
• Monitor social media channels for comments, mentions, and messages, and respond promptly to maintain a positive brand image.
• Engage with followers, initiate conversations, and foster a sense of community by interacting with relevant content and influencers.
• Implement strategies to grow our social media following and increase engagement metrics.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and best practices to provide recommendations for improving our clients; social media presence.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging visuals, videos, and other multimedia content for social media posts.
• Provide valuable copywriting assistance, ensuring that social media posts are well-crafted, impactful, and aligned with our clients’ brand voice.
• Stay up to date with emerging social media platforms, tools, and trends to identify new opportunities for our clients.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in managing social media platforms (personal or professional) and a solid understanding of different social media channels and their unique requirements.
• Strong knowledge of social media scheduling tools and other relevant software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and concise copy for social media posts.
• Proven ability to provide copywriting assistance, ensuring content is compelling, error-free, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Creative mindset and the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media content.
• Proactive attitude with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine interest in staying up to date with social media trends, new platforms, and emerging digital marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with social media advertising and paid campaigns is a plus.
