As a member of the Aquatics Guest Relations team, you will be responsible for interacting with guests in the water park and providing excellent guest service.

• Handle rental and redemption of the water park cabanas.
• Escort guests to their cabana location.
• Assist guests with making merchandise purchases at Cabana Check-In.
• Provide guest service and answer questions regarding various topics including waterpark attractions, park hours, locker rentals, lost children, and more.
• Maintain cleanliness of all locations.
• Be comfortable helping as an Aquatics Crew team member as necessary.
