Here is what is needed to be part of this amazing team:

• Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN in the state of PA
• It is key to being able to provide excellent patient care
• Provide respectful and compassionate care to all residents/families/caregivers
• Maintain resident confidentiality
• Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders
