Position: Resident Technology Support Liaison
Hours: Flexible (10-12 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

Provide personalized one-on-one or group training sessions to residents on how to use various types of technology, including but not limited to smartphones, tablets, computers, and relevant software applications.
Offer prompt and patient troubleshooting support to address technical issues, and challenges faced by residents, such as connectivity problems, software glitches, or user interface confusion.
Develop and curate instructional materials, tutorials, and user-friendly guides tailored to the needs and preferences of senior learners, aiming to simplify complex technological concepts and procedures.
Advocate for accessible technology solutions and accommodations that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of residents, ensuring equal opportunity and participation for all residents.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in digital education and senior care, continuously enhancing your own expertise to better serve the evolving needs of our residents.
