Cedar Community is Hiring a Lead Dining Services Assistant - AM Shift (FULL TIME) Near West, WI

Position: Lead Dining Services Assistant
Hours: Full Time
Shift: AM Shift; every other weekend and every other holiday required. Shift Differentials Included: AM weekend shifts receive an additional $2 per hour

Responsibilities:

Residents are like family to us so interact and listen to their stories while providing courteous, efficient, and accurate meals.
This is our residents' home so be sure to always provide high-quality service while delivering their meals.
Perform quality assurance to all dining areas, as well as maintaining standards for food operation and quality of food service.
Staying aware of all resident satisfaction with food service.
Assist in helping to ensure that all policies and procedures are up-to-date.
