Cedar Community is Hiring a Director of Spiritual Care Near West, WI
Hours: Full time
Work Schedule: As determined by programming needs. May include nights and weekend hours.
- Explore ideas and opportunities to increase spiritual engagement and encourage resident participation.
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with area congregations and faith communities, as appropriate.
- Support an interdisciplinary approach to spiritual care while addressing individual needs.
- Actively participate in the delivery of spiritual care, including individual visits, worship leadership, and group facilitation–extending these services to residents and their loved ones, team members, volunteers, and guests.
- Master's degree in related field of study.
- Minimum of four units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) preferred.
- Seven to ten years of related experience required.
