QUALIFICATIONS

Our Territory Service & Sales Technicians provide pest identification, elimination, prevention, and first class customer service to established routes of customers. This field-based position is based out of Niles, MI and will require travel in and around Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Battle Creek, and Southwest, MI, and Northern Indiana areas. JOB SUMMARY

The Territory Service & Sales Technician is responsible for maintaining existing business as well as growing and developing new business. These businesses include, but are not limited to, apartment buildings, residential homes, commercial spaces, and other places that would benefit from having a sanitary and pest free environment. DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES

-Valid Driver's License with a clean motor vehicle record.

-Drive, maintain, and take home a company vehicle. Fuel and vehicle maintenance paid by employer.

-Clean and maintain equipment in proper operating condition. All supplies provided by employer.

-Properly document procedure and chemical used at each job.

-Navigate pest management and routing apps on your smartphone.

-Be punctual using good time management skills.

-Identify customer needs and execute proper pest management plan.

-Have professional written communication on service orders.

-Be able to work autonomously out in the field while maintaining open communication with the office.

-Practice safety protocols in all areas of this position.

-During peak season, you may be required to work 8 hours M-F, and some weekends when necessary.

-2 year work history with strong work ethic.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF JOB POSITION

• Have the ability to repeatedly carry, pull, lift, up to 50 lbs.
• Be able to walk up and down flights of stairs.
• Ability to access and be comfortable with working in a variety of conditions.
• Perform physical duties of the position which include kneeling, stooping, crouching, balancing, walking, bending, reaching, etc.
• Wear a respirator.
• Work with chemicals with the use of safety equipment.
• Must pass State Licensing Exam using employer provided study materials. Employer pays exam fees.
• Will be in close contact with different species of pest including bees and wasps.

Experience Requirements

CE Solution gives preference to Territory Service & Sales Technicians who have post high school education or employment experience. This may include, but is not limited to, business, military, technical school, associates or four year degree. Two years of previous full time employment is required.
