Job Title: Warehouse Inventory Assistant 

Accountable to: Manager Technical Support Services

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Organize supplies and equipment throughout the warehouse. 
• Maintain inventory in addition to processing and packing orders to be delivered. 
• Verify orders prepared by warehouse staff are accurate before shipping.
• Provide all documentation/information to drivers for pick up and delivery 
• Follow all OSHA safety guidelines at all times.

OTHER PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

• 1 years of experience in warehouse or inventory control experience.
• Forklift certification highly preferred.
• Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Suite which includes Word, Excel, etc. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially to a diverse range of audiences and settings.
• The ability to make decisions.
• The ability to handle multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Ability to deal with high pressure
• Flexible schedule to include late afternoon and evening hours and Overtime and weekends as needed to provide support for safety emergencies or incidents that occur after hours or on weekends

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, reaching and/or stooping.
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 pounds at times.
