Job Title: Respite Provider
Job Location: Green Bay, Wi.
Start Date: As soon as possible

We are looking for a respite provider to hang out with an awesome kiddo to give mom some time for self-care!

Benefits for Provider:

• $14.96/hour for shifts under 8 hours
• $219.76/day for shifts over 8 hours and overnights
• Set schedule! Looking for Monday evenings, starting at 6/6:30p.m. and ending at -8/8:30p.m.
• Additonally looking for one weekend a month, Friday until Sunday (including overnights)

Responsibilities of Provider:

• Looking for respite care to be provided in the provider’s (your) home.
• Ensure safety and provide companionship.
• Hang out and have fun! This kiddo enjoys: reading, playing with animals, electronics, music, and so much more!

Qualifications of Provider:

• Valid Driver's License
• Female candidates encouraged to apply!
• Must pass background check

*If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record. If hired by a Member or their Managing Party, your legal employer on record would be the Member. CDCN’s role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker. The Member or Managing Party has the sole authority to hire or dismiss any potential Direct Care Worker.
