```Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Blaster to join our team. As a Blaster, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces for painting or coating by using various blasting techniques. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. If you have experience in stucco, renovating, or remodeling, and possess strong skills in basic math, drywall, maintenance person work, schematics, welding, maintenance, and carpentry, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities: - Operate blasting equipment to remove paint, rust, and other debris from surfaces - Prepare surfaces for painting or coating by ensuring they are clean and free of contaminants - Follow safety protocols and guidelines to protect yourself and others while operating the equipment - Maintain and repair blasting equipment as needed - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and completion of projects - Adhere to project specifications and timelines - Keep accurate records of work performed Qualifications: - Previous experience as a Blaster or in a similar role is preferred - Proficient in using various blasting techniques and equipment - Strong knowledge of stucco, renovation, remodeling, basic math, drywall installation/repair, maintenance person work, schematics reading/interpretation, welding, maintenance, and carpentry - Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications - Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as required - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team If you meet the qualifications listed above and are looking for an exciting opportunity in the blasting industry, we would love to hear from you.
