Professional Search Advisors is Hiring a Construction Project Manager Near Miami, FL

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate and Construction Project Manager with healthcare construction experience to oversee and manage all aspects of our real estate development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate development, project management, and construction management. They will be responsible for coordinating and managing all project activities from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Healthcare construction experience is a must.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Development:

- Lead the planning and development of real estate projects, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and risk analysis to assess project viability.

2. Team Leadership and Management:

- Build and lead project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.

- Assign tasks, set project goals, and monitor progress to ensure adherence to timelines and milestones.

- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members throughout the project lifecycle.

3. Financial Management:

- Manage project budgets, expenses, and financial forecasts to ensure projects remain within budgetary constraints.

- Monitor costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and mitigate financial risks.

- Prepare financial reports and updates for stakeholders, highlighting project performance and financial metrics.

4. Contract Negotiation and Procurement:

- Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to secure favorable terms and pricing.

- Oversee the procurement process, including the selection and sourcing of materials, equipment, and services.

- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.

5. Quality Control and Assurance:

- Implement quality control measures to ensure that projects meet quality standards and specifications.

- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address quality issues promptly.

- Develop and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain project quality and integrity.

6. Stakeholder Communication and Relationship Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, investors, and regulatory agencies.

- Communicate project updates, milestones, and risks effectively to stakeholders through meetings, presentations, and reports.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration and support for project goals.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in real estate development, project management, and construction management.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate development processes, including zoning regulations, permitting, and land use planning.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, etc.).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP), LEED certification) are a plus.
