Overview:
CDL Utilities has an immediate need for a skilled and reliable Fiber Splicer. We are looking for a hard-working individual capable of working extended hours and occasionally on weekends for emergencies or special situations. The work is predominantly outdoors, and the candidate must be prepared to work in different types of weather conditions. We primarily work with local commercial clients on Long Island, but some travel may be necessary. Our ideal candidate has experience installing, prepping, splicing, and testing Fiber Optic Cabling in ISP and OSP environments. However, we are willing to train the right individual.
