We are looking to add several Field Technicians to our team of over 125 employees. We serve numerous customers ranging from commercial, State, and Federal clients.

Looking for several Field Technicians.

Position offers a competitive compensation ( Scale Pay) and benefits package, commensurate with experience, which includes: medical, dental, 401(k), PTO (Paid Time Off).
The Field Technician position is directly responsible for the professional installation, training, demonstrating and servicing of the work. Technical knowledge and manufacturer certifications is preferred but not required in the areas of structured cabling, CCTV, access control, fiber optic and intrusion detection cabling. Professional communication and service provided to all internal and external customers, proactively ensuring a quality installation within the specifications and parameters established between the customer and our company. Building positive customer relationships and always representing our company with integrity, and professionalism. Customer Satisfaction is TOP PRIORITY and nothing else is tolerated.

Requirements:
•Minimum of 7 years' experience in structured cabling, and fiber optic cabling
•Manufacturer Certifications (Examples - Panduit, Ortronics, Leviton, Siemon, Corning, Hellerman Tyton, Signamax)

Can work independently, or on a crew to install network jobs from start to finish (cable support, install sleeves when needed, install cable (cat5e-cat6) terminate at station end, and patch panel, label, test and complete work order documentation in a timely and professional manner.
•Excellent interpersonal, oral communications skills, and professional attire.
•Knowledge of communications industry including voice, data, video and security.

•The ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment, which requires a high degree of multi-tasking with minimal supervision. On-time all of the time!

•Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record required.

Must be able to pass a background check and granted base access.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
